Fort Collins Salvation Army Gold Krugerrand NOCO5 News Report
Check out this video about krugerrand:
A generous someone has struck again, demonstrating the true spirit of giving and bringing extra help to the Salvation Army’s “Red Kettle Campaign.” For the 13th year in Fort Collins, a gold coin has been anonymously dropped into one of the Salvation Army’s Red kettles. Jordan Wrinkle, a recent Fort Collins transplant from Santa Monica uses her guitar instead of a bell. On Monday night, while Jordan manned the door outside JC Penny, she had no idea what her kettle was suddenly worth. On Tuesday, Captain Michael Halverson with the Salvation Army was the bearer of good news. In what has become an annual tradition of giving, the anonymous donor had slipped a gold coin amongst the quarters and spare change. With an estimated worth of about $1600, the gold coin will certainly give the Salvation Army a much needed boost this year. Salvation Army workers like Jordan will be collecting donations right up until Christmas Eve.
