what does it mean to be high relief
I notice that that Panamanian 500 Balboas coin is only .900 purity. Still a lovely coin. It is interesting to note that Panama continued to issue Silver coins after the US stopped (I forget the year, but it was some time later), and that any Panamanian coin containing precious metal, even lower denominations, will always list the exact purity of the metal. =^[.]^=
